SAN DIEGO , CA. — The United States Patent and Trademark Office re-certified United States Patent No. 6,250,245 for M Ship Co.'s basic M Shaped boat hull technology. Through the reexamination process, the Patent Office has further strengthened the M-Hull patent by affirming its validity over all available prior art.
